Any loss damage or medical issue from advice given. If you choose to follow the advice it is understood that it is at your will.

Any technical problems with broadcasting or recording of readings, music, artwork, or information or loss of recording in mail, downloading or post.

Any reason Bernard Ilsley, a Psychic or specialist in association with decides not to carry out a reading either before the reading time or during. Bernard Ilsley or any Psychic featured can end a reading at any time, when he or she states the reading has ended that is the end of the reading.

Any cancellation of event, due to technical or unforeseen circumstances.

If you make an appointment with Bernard Ilsley and you are unable to make it, if you do not phone in at least twenty-four hours prior to your appointment time to cancel you will be charged for the reading time at the agreed rate.

If you ask for a reading you are agreeing to pay for the time that it takes, this will always be agreed before a reading commences or on the booking of the time.

When you book a reading it is the time you are paying for, if you are not satisfied then you should say so at that time, there will be no refund after you have taken the time.
